BRYCE KENNEDY
DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC RELATIONS
& LEGAL AFFAIRS

Bryce Kennedy is an attorney based in New York City (go figure, an attorney in NYC). He received his B.S. in Marketing and International Business from Pennsylvania State University. He then continued on to Catholic University, Columbus School of Law. During law school, Bryce clerked for the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. After graduation, he joined the Department of Justice, Criminal Division in the Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs section (what an eye opener; those zany drug lords always know how to stir up trouble). Bryce then moved on to become General Counsel for the Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children (not surprisingly, helping children receive free healthcare was much more rewarding for Bryce than chasing bad guys).

Now for the twist: Bryce wanted to be an actor.

Despite all his success as an attorney, his dream to perform was hindered primarily by his health and state of mind. The two just never seemed to quite align. He suffered from stomach ulcers and severe night terrors for the majority of his life. Bryce was overweight, exhausted, perpetually sick, and never could quite grasp his true dream of being an artist. He needed serious help. Just when all hope seemed lost, a friend recommended the "most amazing healer." His name was Paul. Bryce was willing to try anything, even if it was a little too "out there" for his conservative taste. Fast-forward two years and he has lost over 20lbs, his night-terrors have disappeared, his zest for life has returned full force, and he is now attending one of the top 25 acting schools in the U.S. and still manages to fit in a trivial 70 hour work week with his firm.

Bryce has joined P.K.’s team of advisors primarily as legal consultant. However, he finds sharing his story and helping others transform and live a life of joy to be the true reward. He hopes that he can inspire others to join him in this incredible journey of life with P.K. JERRY HOAK
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND BRAND DEVELOPMENT

After receiving a Masters in Communication in 2005, Jerry Hoak has been working his way up through the ranks of the New York advertising world. He is currently a Creative Director at Droga5, an independent company that was named 2012 Agency of the year by Adweek and one of the 50 fastest growing businesses in New York City by Crain's New York Business. In eight years, he has helped shape national and global brands including, Prudential, IBM, Yahoo!, American Express, and Coca-Cola.

He is also a cancer survivor.

In 1994, he was awoken on the night of his 14th birthday with the word Leukemia. A confirmed diagnosis the next day took a childhood that was previously defined by sports and art and classified it with a new label—CANCER KID. Regardless of the new title, Jerry set his mind and body to defeat the disease. And after a successful bone marrow transplant exactly one year later, months of remission turned into years, until another reclassification happened in 2000—CANCER SURVIVOR.

Almost a decade has passed, and the Leukemia has kept its distance. But not without taking a few parting shots. The latent effects of chemotherapy and radiation have made Jerry's life a near endless battle with his physical health. Not to mention a far worse side effect—his attitude and mental state took a turn towards depression, hostility and pessimism.

That was until he met Paul in 2012. Since then, acupuncture, and Paul's mentoring has had a life changing effect on Jerry. And after years of being defined by sickness, Jerry feels like he has been given a new opportunity in his own life, and a new passion for helping the lives of others. As Director of Marketing and Brand Development for P.K. Alexander, he plans to use what he has learned in advertising to help as many people as possible realize that they too, can take their lives back.
